In the aspect of mine water prevention and control, the dynamic investigation and prediction of mine water regime and water disaster are strengthened in strict accordance with the Regulations on Water Prevention and Control. Adhere to the comprehensive management principle of "forecast and forecast, if there is any doubt, explore first, then dig, first treat and then mine", implement the red and green line management of flood-stricken areas on the water exploration and drainage working face, establish special files, draw up excavation engineering drawings in time, guide the water exploration and drainage work, and conduct water exploration and drainage in strict accordance with the design of water exploration and drainage. Working faces in key areas such as Yangou 25 mining area and Yongshan 26 mining area adjacent to mined-out areas must be put into production by this bureau to ensure that water leakage accidents do not occur.

(4) Further improve the construction of hidden danger investigation and management system, and strictly implement the hidden danger accountability system.

All mines should formulate detailed assessment methods, strengthen the assessment of hard indicators such as industrial accidents and hidden dangers rectification, seriously deal with three violations, and give full play to the positive role of economic leverage and joint responsibility and joint guarantee in safety production.

(6), increase investment in safety, improve the six mine safety system.
