3. Participating athletes must be current students with official enrollment status in primary and secondary schools in our city. Students in city sports schools can compete on behalf of the unit where they are enrolled, and the quota will be counted for individual ranking and total team score.

4. Elementary school and junior high school groups can apply for one team leader and two coaches.

5. Each athlete is limited to two individual events, and can also apply for relay events. There is no limit to the number of people in each event.

6. Athletes’ qualifications shall be reviewed by the sports bureaus and education bureaus of each district, county (city). If an athlete is found to have violated these regulations, the athlete's qualifications and ranking will be disqualified, and 9 points will be deducted from the team's total score.

5. Admission ranking and scoring method

2. The top eight applicants for each category will be admitted based on the number of applicants, and those with less than eight (inclusive) will be admitted by one less person. Only one athlete participates as a test or change event.

3. Scoring method: Each individual event is ranked 1 to 8 according to the individual ranking. Points will be scored as 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. The relay will be scored as double points, and those who break the market record will receive an additional 5 points.

6. Registration and registration

1. All participating units must register through the "Municipal Sports Competition Management System" before March 11.
