Starting from October 21, 2021, offline teaching and training activities in primary and secondary schools (kindergarten) and off-campus training institutions in the city will be suspended. The school informed teachers and students to take the initiative to conduct nucleic acid testing in accordance with the requirements of the local joint prevention and control office and the unified arrangements with the street community. All testing must be completed from the 21st to the 22nd. The resumption time will be announced separately based on the epidemic prevention and control situation, and schools are not allowed to resume classes in advance without authorization.

Each school must implement health screening and control measures for teachers and students, strengthen the residence history screening and health monitoring management of all teachers and students, keep abreast of the health status of all teachers and students, and complete registration. Guide teachers, students and parents to stay home unless necessary, prevent the epidemic at home, and actively cooperate with the community in health monitoring. Campus management will be strengthened, and no unrelated personnel will be allowed to enter the campus during the suspension period.

During the suspension of classes, schools should make good use of the existing high-quality online course resources from the country, province, city, and school to carry out online teaching activities. Online teaching activities are not allowed for kindergartens and lower grades of primary school. Students in other school periods have limited time limits (online courses for primary, middle and upper grades are 15-20 minutes per session, and middle school students are 20-30 minutes per session
