1. Strengthen the safe and orderly flow of personnel

2. Strengthen tourism management. Travel agencies and online travel enterprises will be suspended from operating group tours, inbound and outbound group tours and "air tickets+hotels" services at land border ports in provinces and other provinces where domestic medium and high-risk areas are located.

3. Strengthen the travel management of school personnel. In principle, all teachers, students and employees of all kinds of schools in the city will not leave Taishan during the May Day holiday, and those who really need to leave Taishan must be approved by the school. If the city where the high-risk area is located returns to Taishan, the prevention and control measures shall be implemented according to the epidemic prevention and control policies of our city; Those who return to Taishan from the city where non-medium-high-risk areas are located outside Jiangmen City will return to Taishan after 3 days of home health monitoring and 3 days of negative results of nucleic acid testing; Those who return to Taishan in Jiangmen City need to return to school with a negative certificate of 24-hour nucleic acid test, and conduct "3-day 2-test" nucleic acid test and self-health monitoring after arriving in Taishan. Other teachers, students and employees who return to Taishan outside Jiangmen City need a 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate to return to school.

4. Strengthen epidemic prevention and control in construction sites. All construction sites must strictly implement the home health monitoring measures for the foreign Taishan employees in Jiangmen City three days before they arrive in Taishan, and they can only return to their posts with negative nucleic acid certificates after completion, and they will have "three inspections in seven days" within seven days after returning to the construction site, and will not participate in gathering activities in the near future. The construction site must be managed in a closed way, and the normalized prevention and control measures such as code scanning, temperature measurement and wearing masks should be strictly implemented for personnel entering and leaving. Return to work after the holiday to conduct a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection of the office area, construction area and living area.

5. Strengthen the prevention and control of enterprises' resumption of work and production. First, strictly implement the health management measures such as "3-day 2-check" or "7-day 3-check" according to the risk level, and industrial enterprises implement the measures of returning to work with negative nucleic acid certificates within 24 hours after home health monitoring for 3 days, and "7-day 3-check" within 7 days after returning to work. If there are employees coming to Taishan from Huadu District and Baiyun District of Guangzhou since April 23rd, employees coming to Taishan via Guangzhou Baiyun Airport should implement 7-day home isolation and 7-day home health monitoring. Employees from other places who come to Taishan will not participate in gathering activities in the near future. Second, employees of industrial enterprises who have not left Taishan during the May Day holiday must complete a nucleic acid test, and they can only return to their posts with a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 24 hours. Third, personnel should wear masks all the time, and all employees entering the factory and dormitory area should be tested for their body temperature, and measures such as "wearing masks, scanning place codes, temperature measurement, registration and disinfection" should be strictly implemented for visitors.

All drivers and drivers of foreign Taishan trucks in Jiangmen City must hold a negative certificate of 48-hour nucleic acid test, and take the initiative to report the vehicle license plate number and the names, ID numbers and telephone numbers of all drivers and passengers to the destination workplace at least one day in advance, and the workplace must report the information to the local community as soon as possible. Drivers of foreign trucks returning to Taishan in Jiangmen City can test for free at traffic service stations, workplaces or community nucleic acid testing points with trip codes. For the truck drivers who do not hold the negative certificate of 48-hour nucleic acid test or the trip code with an asterisk, please cooperate with the implementation according to the work requirements and guidelines of the transportation department.

8. Strengthen community management. Community communities and villages in the city maintain enclosure management, strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, bright code, wearing masks, etc., implement the requirements of sweeping place code and checking travel cards, and find that health codes are red and yellow or travel cards are marked with asterisks, and dispose of them according to regulations. Strengthen the investigation of visitors, and the entry and exit must be proved by 72 hours of negative nucleic acid test.

9. Strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic situation of mass activities. During holidays, large-scale people gathering activities should be minimized. In principle, the number of people gathering in closed places should not exceed 5.
