Article 2 Social market words (words) refer to the organs, people’s organizations, enterprises and institutions at all levels within the autonomous region (including foreign-funded enterprises, collective enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households), the armed forces and the central and other provinces and regions stationed in our region. The name of the unit needs to be publicly known and expressed in words, including plaques, official seals, document headers, envelopes, stationery, monograms, announcements, bills, certificates, instructions, business licenses, certificates, banners, timetables, motor vehicles, etc. It must be written in both Mongolian and Chinese characters; bulletin boards, slogans, advertisements, product manuals, trademarks, decorations, schedules, price tags, boundary signs, guide signs, traffic signs, etc. must also reflect the national characteristics and gradually become Mongolian. Both Chinese and Chinese characters are used together. Article 3 The writing and hanging of characters (characters) used in the social market shall be according to the following regulations:

(1) Mongolian characters written horizontally at the top and Chinese characters at the bottom, or Mongolian characters at the front and Chinese characters at the back;

(2) Mongolian characters are written vertically on the left and Chinese characters are on the right;

Article 6 State agencies, people's organizations, enterprises and institutions at all levels shall designate institutions or personnel to be responsible for the management of the writing (words) used in the social market of their own units. Article 7 Without permission from the Mongolian language department, no organization or individual may undertake translation, writing, production of Mongolian plaques, engraving, etc. Article 8 When engraving an official seal, the public security department will not go through the approval procedures without the translation being approved by the local Mongolian language department; TV stations at all levels will not publicize and report scenes of social market activities that do not use Mongolian and Chinese in a standardized way; industrial and commercial administration When applying for business licenses, departments must carefully ensure the use of both Mongolian and Chinese characters; the traffic supervision department will not conduct annual inspections on motor vehicles that do not have both Mongolian and Chinese characters or whose writing is irregular; printing manufacturers must ensure that both Mongolian and Chinese characters are not used together; Document headers, envelopes, stationery, certificates, certificates, etc. shall not be printed. Article 9 Those who comply with these regulations and make outstanding achievements will be commended or rewarded. Article 10 Anyone who fails to use Mongolian in accordance with the provisions of these Measures shall be ordered by the local Mongolian language department to make corrections within a time limit. Anyone who engages in social Mongolian translation, writing, or production without designation will be ordered by the local Mongolian language department in conjunction with the industrial and commercial administration department to stop business, confiscate the illegal income, and may also impose a fine of not more than one time of the illegal income. If the circumstances are serious, The business license shall be revoked by the industrial and commercial administration department. Article 11: The specific application issues in the implementation of these measures shall be explained by the Mongolian language department of the autonomous region.
