According to the current needs of epidemic prevention and control, with the approval of COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, from 6: 00 on March 6, 2022, six expressway exits around the urban area were temporarily closed, and five unsealed exits were set up with checkpoints. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Jingtai Expressway: The exits of Xuzhou West and Liu Xin toll stations are temporarily closed, but the entrances are normally open. Hanwang, Pengcheng and Xuzhou North Toll Stations are open normally, and checkpoints are set at the exits.

2. Lianhuo Expressway: The exits of Xuzhou South, Lvliang and Dongtan toll stations are temporarily closed and the entrances are normally open. Xuzhou toll station is open normally, and checkpoints are set at the exit.

3. Huai-Xu Expressway: xuzhou east toll station is open normally, and checkpoints are set at the exit.

4. Xuji Expressway: The exit of Ji Zheng toll station is temporarily closed and the entrance is normally open.

5. The setting and inspection of the export checkpoints of the above five toll stations shall be implemented by the local government, and special passages shall be set up for vehicles and personnel from medium-high risk and other key epidemic-related areas, and inspection and management shall be carried out according to the following standards:

(1) Drivers and passengers who can provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and whose health code is green can pass in an orderly manner.

(2) If it is impossible to provide the corresponding negative certificate of nucleic acid test or the health code is yellow code, the nucleic acid shall be sampled nearby and disposed according to the standard.

(3) If the health code is red, drivers and passengers are prohibited from leaving the car, and the health department shall implement centralized and isolated medical observation according to regulations.

The time for the six temporarily closed toll stations to resume traffic will be announced separately. The majority of drivers and passengers are requested to make travel plans in advance, arrange travel routes reasonably, and prepare for the inspection work in advance.
