In order to implement the requirements of the14th meeting of the State Council and the Central Financial and Economic Leading Group, resolutely win the battle against pollution, promote clean heating in winter, and increase financial support, we specially chose to hold a pilot site meeting of financial support for clean heating in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. The meeting was hosted by the head office of the People's Bank of China, and invited the relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council, the Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission of China and China Construction Bank and other financial institutions to participate in the discussion.

Mr. Ma made a speech on the Bank's green financial construction strategy and innovative development of investment banking business, and on the pilot work of clean heating financial support in Zhangzi County of Shanxi Province and Gui 'an New District of Guizhou Province.

At the meeting, Mr. Ma introduced in detail the highlights of the Bank's exploration of industrial finance model, integration of wisdom and innovation to solve social pain points and difficulties, targeted expansion of green financial support channels, and assistance to a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution.
