What is labor outsourcing?

Expatriation refers to being dispatched by the employing unit to work in units in other cities or countries. If you are assigned to the Shenzhen Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China, you should not be counted as an employee of the Agricultural Bank of China, and it will be difficult for you to enjoy the same treatment as the employees of the Agricultural Bank of China.

Labor outsourcing specifically refers to the signing of a contract between a domestic enterprise legal person that complies with the provisions of these Measures and a company, intermediary agency or private employer outside the country (overseas) that is allowed to recruit or hire foreign labor personnel, and in accordance with the contract. It is an economic activity that recruits, selects, and dispatches Chinese citizens to provide labor services and manage foreign employers abroad in an organized manner under certain conditions.

For example, if an employee is assigned from Shanghai, China to the United States, the assignment will be established from the time the employee departs from Shanghai until the employee completes the assignment and returns to Shanghai from the United States.
