A survey report on Mao's social practice is 15 words.

Part I:

Practice theme: Investigation on the legal awareness and legal knowledge of urban and rural residents in China

Practice time: July 2 -25, 214

Practice place: Maoerzhai Village, Longyao County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province

I. Practice background and significance

With the formation of Socialism with Chinese characteristics system, the focus of legal civilization will also be based on popularizing legal knowledge. The construction of urban and rural legal system is a broad and profound practice of implementing the strategy of governing the country according to law, which has the characteristics of direct participation.

This time, I will take Longyao County and Maoerzhai Village under its jurisdiction as the epitome. Through the investigation of the legal awareness and knowledge of urban and rural residents in Longyao County, we can understand the legal awareness and knowledge of urban and rural residents in Longyao County today, and then strengthen the legal awareness of urban and rural residents in Longyao County and reduce legal illiteracy. Through this investigation, legal knowledge has been popularized, and the legal awareness of urban and rural residents in Longyao County has also been improved, thus enabling urban and rural residents to establish a correct legal concept and maintain a correct attitude towards the law, so as to be able to know, understand, abide by the law and use it. In this way, the process of legal development in Longyao County is promoted, and the process of legal modernization in China is promoted.

second, questionnaire analysis and summary

2 copies of this questionnaire were distributed, and 2 copies were recovered, and the recovery rate reached. After this questionnaire survey, we found that although the legal quality of urban and rural residents is generally good, there are still some problems:

1. The vast majority of residents have weak legal awareness and lack of legal knowledge < P > Compared with before, the legal awareness of Chinese residents has improved since the reform and opening up, but it is still very weak on the whole. In real life, quite a few residents don't have a comprehensive understanding of China's legal system and are not used to using the law to safeguard their rights. When their rights are violated, residents don't know how to use the law to protect their rights. Some people submit to authority and submit to humiliation, while others "fight violence with violence". In the sample survey, when asked "Do you pay attention to using legal means to protect rights in your daily life", 29.5% answered "often", 64.5% answered "rarely" and 6% answered "no". It can be seen that urban and rural residents rarely use laws to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. This reflects the weak legal awareness of urban and rural residents in China. When answering "When your rights and interests are infringed, your first thought is", 9.5% answered "Take up legal weapons to protect yourself", 33% answered "Solve by force", 38% answered "Solve through relationship", and 19.5% answered "Feel aggrieved but think there is nothing you can do". It can be seen that residents rarely use legal weapons to safeguard their rights and interests.

In the process of legalization, people's mastery of legal knowledge not only affects their legitimate protection of their rights and interests, but also affects their compliance with the law. In the investigation, I found that residents' legal knowledge is very scarce. Most residents said that they didn't understand legal knowledge at all, especially those closely related to their daily life, and they rarely took the initiative to understand legal knowledge. They asked, "Do you know about China's legal system?" In this question, 5.5% chose "very understanding" and 67% chose "general (incomplete understanding)", which proves that with the progress and perfection of society, legal awareness has gradually penetrated into the hearts of urban and rural residents. However, 27.5% chose "I don't know at all". From this, we can see that some people still know nothing about China's legal system. How can residents use legal weapons to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests when they lack legal knowledge and are not clear about their basic rights and obligations?

2. The ways for residents to obtain legal knowledge are relatively simple

With the strengthening of national law popularization, with the help of modern media, there are more and more ways to spread legal knowledge, and the scope of dissemination is wider and wider, so the corresponding residents can obtain relevant legal knowledge quickly and conveniently in various ways. However, in my investigation, I found that the way for residents to understand legal knowledge is relatively simple. From "How do you usually acquire legal knowledge?" In the answer to this question, I learned that the proportion of obtaining legal knowledge through the media (TV, newspaper miscellaneous periodicals, Internet) is 71.5%, the proportion of obtaining legal knowledge through reading legal books is 9.5%, the proportion of obtaining legal knowledge through chatting with relatives and friends is

11.5%, and the proportion of obtaining legal knowledge through other means is 7.5%. As can be seen from the data, the media has become the main tool for residents to understand the law. Residents can quickly obtain the legal trends of the country by watching TV and newspapers, but this also reflects that the ways for local residents to understand the law are unitary. The narrow access of residents to legal knowledge also affects the improvement of residents' legal awareness and the enrichment of legal knowledge.

Through this survey, I have a deeper understanding of the legal awareness and knowledge of urban and rural residents in Longyao County.

Urban and rural residents have weak legal awareness and lack of legal knowledge, and the way to obtain legal knowledge is single, which is not conducive to the implementation of the basic national policy of "ruling the country according to law" in China. In order to make our country a legal country, we need our concerted efforts. First of all, we should strengthen cultural education and improve the educational level of residents. In the investigation, I found that residents with low educational level have weaker legal awareness and less legal knowledge than those with high educational level. Secondly, strengthen the publicity of legal knowledge. It is found in the survey that most residents like to learn legal knowledge by participating in legal publicity activities.

This also increases the access of residents to legal knowledge. I also hope that the judiciary can take more effective measures to make the concept of "knowing the law, understanding the law, abiding by the law and using it" deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and promote the process of legalization in China.

third, practical words

I have benefited a lot from this field social practice. It not only strengthens my social practice ability, but also enriches my social practice experience, which not only cultivates my interest in social hot issues, but also improves my ability to integrate into society in the future. At the same time, I would like to thank my classmates in particular for helping me analyze the data of the questionnaire. It is also through this social survey that I learned that as a communication major, college students have little understanding of legal knowledge and weak legal awareness. Therefore, my future efforts are not only to learn my professional knowledge well, but also to learn more about legal knowledge and apply it to real life. Through this investigation on the legal awareness and legal knowledge of urban and rural residents in China, I deeply realized the importance and urgency of improving the legal awareness and popularizing legal knowledge of urban and rural residents, but I firmly believe that through the concerted efforts of all parties, the flower of law will surely bear fruitful results in the vast rural areas.

Part II:

1. Objective:

The consumption of college students is not only related to personal growth, but also closely related to social development. With the in-depth development of economy and society, our college students are special social consumption groups. On the one hand, they have strong consumption demand; on the other hand, they have not yet achieved economic independence, and their consumption is greatly restricted. Because college students have too little social practice in society, their financial management ability needs to be strengthened. The advance of consumption concept and the lag of consumption strength have great influence on their consumption. Special groups naturally have their own special characteristics, and there are inevitably some irrational consumption and even some consumption problems. In order to investigate the consumption problem of college students, find out how much money college students spend, where they spend it, whether it is reasonable, and how to improve it if it is unreasonable.

2. survey process:

1. survey time: x years, x months, x days

2. survey location:

3. survey objects: self-study college students

3. further thinking

1. there are 5 boys and 6 girls in this survey. Among them, three girls' living expenses are between 5 and 11, the rest are above 11, while 37 boys' living expenses are between 5 and 11, and the rest are above 11.

From the data, it can also be concluded that the consumption levels of boys and girls are different. The living expenses of boys are relatively higher than those of girls on average. Some students' main source of income is scholarships given by schools, and a few students' source of income is subsidies from institutions such as their own work-study programs or schools. Among them, the proportion of girls taking scholarships and their own work-study programs is higher than that of boys. Generally speaking, girls spend more on telephone charges than boys, but the proportion of boys and girls is equal. Boys spend more time online than girls, but boys do spend more than girls.

2 Consumption view.

In terms of major expenditure, boys spend more on communication and entertainment than girls. Boys choose to pay the bill because of "face" and "gentlemanly demeanor". Secondly, when shopping, boys pay more attention to "service attitude", which may also be related to "face". Girls, on the other hand, are more likely to listen to others' opinions, which also reflects that girls pay more attention to others' evaluation of themselves. Most boys feel that the consumption of college students around them is similar to their own, which shows that boys' lives are relatively simple and unified, while girls are different.

But rational consumption is very important. Price and trend are the main factors that attract college students' consumption. At present, college students' main consumption concepts help them, and they don't earn much money by working part-time, which makes their monthly disposable money fixed. This money is mainly used to pay for food and daily necessities, and they are often very cautious, and strive to "get the money off campus. Nowadays, college students' various social activities are influenced by more factors than before, and they will not consider those products that are cheap but not beautiful to pursue taste and grade.

3 ... excessive pursuit of fashion and excessive pursuit of fashion and excessive pursuit of fashion and in the discussion, some students pointed out that they were willing to scrimp and save, and even sacrificed their other necessary expenses for a set of cosmetics or a dress, which could reflect that some students did not know how to live within their means.

4 ... excessive consumption in love.

Some students pointed out that in order to own a mobile phone or change into the most popular mobile phone, they even sacrificed their other necessary expenses. Some male students borrow money from others or even steal money to satisfy their own desires for a pair of sports shoes or a set of cosmetics, which can reflect that some students don't know how to live within their means, and vanity drives them to form endless comparisons. Psychologically, we find that college students pay more attention to their own image when spending money, whether at school or when they start to fall in love. That is, eating and dressing is still the main aspect of expenditure;

iv: conclusions and suggestions.

1. Enhance the sense of independence, and cultivate and strengthen financial management ability.

Learning how to manage money is very beneficial to the efficiency of college students' possession, use and protection of personal wealth resources, so it is necessary to promote college students to cultivate correct financial management behavior and establish scientific financial management concepts. First, from the perspective of college students themselves, we should correctly coordinate open source and throttling. The so-called "open source" is to obtain a certain economic income through some of your own labor, including intelligence and physical strength. The usual open-source channels of universities include obtaining scholarships, doing temporary promotion, doing written translation, tutoring and other forms of part-time jobs. Through hard study, obtaining scholarships is the main source of income for college students at present. As for "throttling", it is reflected in spending limited money on the cutting edge, consciously controlling your own consumption, and forming a good habit of thrift.

2. Overcome the psychology of comparison.

Material is only to meet the needs of life. The superiority of material is not worth mentioning in the face of spiritual superiority. Everyone should pursue self-improvement and self-progress. On campus, welcome children are not the richest, but children with complete personality, pursuit and kindness to others. Of course, the premise of the transmission of values is that we must have a clear and firm value.

There are many subtle relationships between self-esteem and vanity. Without self-esteem, there is no vanity, and without inferiority, there is no need for vanity. If self-esteem is improperly based on the pursuit of superiority over others, it will naturally compare with others. If self-esteem is based on self-identity and self-improvement, people don't care how it compares with others. True nobility is not superior to others, but because of oneself in the past.

V. Survey Feelings

As a critical period in our country, we have the obligation and responsibility to overcome all kinds of things. Therefore, contemporary college students, including you and me, are shouldering a heavy responsibility, where the responsibility lies, and there is no slack. Let's polish ourselves more and indulge ourselves less in the future, and make our own contribution for ourselves, everyone and the collective.

article 3:

1. Abstract

The p>2xx summer vacation has arrived, and many students are at home on holiday. In addition to finishing the homework assigned by the teacher, they can also do physical exercise, attend various cram schools, or go out for a trip every day. Holidays are a time to relax and do whatever you want.

second, the question

a relaxed and happy summer vacation is what every primary and secondary school student yearns for. So, what are the students doing during the summer vacation? Do they review their lessons at home, travel with their parents, or attend various classes to cultivate their specialties, and so on. What problems still exist in the summer vacation of primary and secondary school students? How should students spend their summer vacation? In view of this series of problems, I conducted a survey on the summer vacation life of local primary and secondary school students.

III. Text

At present, most parents have their own jobs. Usually, parents go to work and their children go to school. But in the summer vacation, students are often at home by themselves. Can these minors manage their own lives without the care of their parents and teachers? Being in such an unorganized and irregular life, the personal safety of students is a hidden danger.

During the visit, it was found that more than 6% of the students were alone at home during the summer vacation, without the care of their parents or other adults. They arrange their daily life, when to study, when to watch TV, when to go out to play, and when to attend extra-curricular cram schools ... Although each student's summer vacation life will be different, the basic content is the same.

It is worth noting that Internet cafes are the places where most students spend their holiday time. In addition, the weather is hot in summer vacation, and many students go for a picnic to escape the heat, which is very dangerous. According to the survey, more than half of the primary and middle school students in this city spend all day in Internet cafes or game halls, which has caused great hidden dangers to children's life safety and greatly influenced parents' work and study. For example, a classmate surnamed Wang, who lives in Xiangbei market in this city, is 14 years old this year. On the first day of summer vacation, another classmate surnamed Yang came forward to ask Wang for game coins. Wang refused, so Yang picked up a chair and hit Wang Meng. Later, he hit him on the back with a wooden stick, and Wang was bloody and fainted to the ground. He eventually died because of untimely rescue and excessive bleeding. Another example is a child surnamed Hu who had nothing to do at home during the summer vacation, so he went swimming with several classmates in the dam in the nearby countryside. Hu would have swam a few times, but because of the water grass, he was in a panic and lost his way. He struggled desperately to the deep water and eventually drowned alive because of lack of physical strength. Her grandmother, who is nearly seventy years old, suddenly heard the bad news, and she couldn't support it for a while, and she had a heart attack.
