1. Strictly fulfill the responsibilities of the four parties. The party committees and governments of all districts (cities) and counties must implement local responsibilities, industry authorities must implement supervisory responsibilities, all units must implement main responsibilities, and individuals and families must consciously perform prevention and control responsibility. The city's party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, communities, outdoor attractions, transportation stations, farmers' markets, shopping malls and supermarkets and other places strictly implement prevention and control measures such as body temperature testing, scanning codes, wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, and strictly implement health monitoring and daily reporting system. Citizens entering communities and various public places, taking public transportation, etc. must have a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours. On the first day of returning to work, you must present a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours.

2. The city has resumed convenient nucleic acid sampling points for all-in-one testing and provided free mixed testing services to citizens. According to the needs of the epidemic situation, nucleic acid testing for all employees will be organized in a timely manner. Chengdu High-tech South District, Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, Jinniu District, Wuhou District, and Chenghua District (hereinafter referred to as the "5+1" region) will carry out another round of nucleic acid testing for all regional employees on September 15, 2022. Key industries and key groups must strictly conduct nucleic acid testing in accordance with regulations. Implement coding management for those who fail to participate in nucleic acid testing as required.

3. Various closed entertainment venues, including bars, KTVs, escape rooms, script killings, Internet cafes, gyms, chess and card rooms, bathing places, swimming pools, and museums, cultural centers, libraries, art galleries, etc. Indoor sports venues and other public cultural and sports venues will continue to be closed. The city is not allowed to hold offline large-scale conferences, trainings, performances, exhibitions, square dances and other gathering activities. 6. Streets in the "5+1" area that have not yet achieved social cleanup must continue to strictly implement the city's social cleanup campaign Take appropriate prevention and control measures. High-risk areas adopt containment measures and strictly implement "door-to-door services without leaving home"; medium-risk areas adopt control measures and strictly implement "no one leaves the area and pick up goods during peak hours". There are no crowds or gatherings in communities outside high school risk areas. Each household can arrange for one person to go out alone once every two days to purchase daily necessities with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours, and the time is controlled within 2 hours. Residents who need to go out for medical treatment or have other special needs can enter and leave the community with the consent of the community where they live.

7. The "5+1" area gradually and orderly restores normal production and living order. People in the street can move between the "5+1" areas, but are not allowed to go outside the "5+1" area. Other districts (cities) and counties. In the "5+1" area, except for vehicles responsible for urban operation support, medical support and epidemic prevention tasks, no other vehicles are allowed on the road.

Persons and vehicles from districts (cities) and counties outside the "5+1" area are not allowed to go to the "5+1" area unless necessary, and can move normally in other areas.

Citizens who are responsible for city operation guarantee, medical support and epidemic prevention tasks must present their electronic passes, work certificates or unit certificates. "Temporary Pass for Controlling Emergency Transport Vehicles", special vehicles performing emergency tasks such as ambulance, firefighting, public security, and emergency rescue can pass throughout the city.

8. Do not leave unless necessary. Those who really need to leave must present a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours.

After completing the "inspection on arrival", people coming (returning) to Chengdu can take public transportation with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours of the place of departure.
