Twenty-third deforestation, quarrying, sand mining, soil and other acts of deforestation are prohibited.

Cutting wood and grazing in young forest land and special-purpose forest are prohibited.

Personnel entering the forest and forest edge areas shall not move or damage forestry signs without authorization.

Article 41 Anyone who, in violation of the provisions of this Law, issues a forest cutting license in excess of the approved annual cutting quota, or issues a forest cutting license, a timber transportation certificate, an export approval document and an import and export permit in excess of his authority, shall be ordered by the competent forestry department of the people's government at a higher level to make corrections, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be given administrative sanctions according to law; The competent forestry department of the relevant people's government has not corrected it, and the competent forestry department of the State Council can directly deal with it; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
