Sprinkler uses the engine power of the vehicle to drive the water pump of the vehicle sprinkler through the power take-off, adding water to the vehicle from the water inlet or conveying the water in the water tank to each nozzle through the pipeline, thus realizing various functions.

Before the sprinkler pump works, the liquid in the pump must be higher than the pump shaft, so the pump inlet must be connected with an upward elbow, a horizontal pipe and a quick connector, and the center line of the quick connector must be 300 mm higher than the center line of the pump shaft.

The air inlet piping system must ensure no air leakage; The suction head of the suction pipe must be submerged under water to prevent air from being sucked into the water pipe; When the outlet pipe is connected to the pump outlet, the length of the straight pipe must be 200 mm or longer before connecting the elbow.

Suction operation:

(1) The nozzle should be as close to the working point as possible and stop.

(2) Open the side door of the walking box, take out the suction hose, and make it swing backwards without bending.

(3) Pull the suction hose into the water as deep as possible to ensure that the end of the hose is always 300 mm below the liquid level during the operation.

(4) Push the handle of the four-way valve to make it vertical to the ground.

(5) Put the transmission in neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull back the power take-off switch to take power, and the pump starts running.

(6) The operator can pass through the observation mirror above the back head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the driver should be informed, and colleagues should quickly pull the suction hose away from the water surface or close the four-way valve.

(7) After putting away the hose, put it back into the walking box and close the side door.

(8) Move the sprinkler away from the pumping site.
