The construction contents mainly include patrol station, bird-watching tower, patrol monitoring plank road, task center, dredging river course, flood diversion dam, underwater water diversion pipeline, sewage pipeline, returning farmland to grassland, wetland vegetation restoration and wetland. During the construction period, the construction of facilities related to wetland management in the wetland area, such as patrol station, patrol monitoring plank road and ecological monitoring station, will have a certain impact on the ecological environment within the planning scope, mainly in the aspects of disturbing the life of wetland waterfowl, changing the local wetland habitat, artificially introducing species, changing the water circulation route, etc. Three.
