When laying cables, the distance between cable fulcrums during traction should not be greater than1.5m.. 5. Line speed and cable pulling speed Theoretically, the smaller the diameter of the conductor, the faster the cable pulling speed. However, experienced installers will pull the cable slowly and steadily instead of pulling it quickly. The reason is that pulling the cable quickly will lead to the cable winding or tripping. If the tension is too large, the cable will be deformed, which will lead to the decline of the transmission performance of the cable. 6. Maximum allowable cable Zhang Liwei: u 1 4 twisted pair cable, Zhang Liwei100n (10kg); 4 pairs of twisted-pair cables with U 2 tension of 150N( 15kg); U 3 4 pairs of twisted-pair cables with a tension of 200 N (20 kg); U n 4 twisted pair cable, Zhang Liwei n×50+50(n). For category 5 UTP cables, the maximum pulling force of u 25 should not exceed 40 kg, and the speed should not exceed 15 m/min. 7. In order to terminate the cable pair, the construction personnel should peel off the sheath of a section of cable. For the high-density termination on the 1 10P wiring frame, the cable sheath should also be stripped to facilitate bending and assembly. Do not scratch the insulation layer when stripping cable sheath, and use special tools to strip it. 8. Don't pull and bend the cable pair separately, but pull the stripped cable pair tightly together and bend it. Peel off the cable sheath long enough for termination. For the wires terminated on the connector, the twisted state should be kept as much as possible, and the untwisted length of Category 5 wires must be less than13mm.
