In 1950s, Guo cemetery was first discovered on the banks of the ancient Yellow River. In the subsequent excavation, it was found that an underground horse array was buried under the overgrown and rocky wilderness. It silently guards their owners and hides in the ground for three thousand spring, summer, autumn and winter year after year.

This army array consists of three buried chariots and horses pits:

1. Guo Chemakeng is located in the middle of the three chariots and horses, with a length of 47.6 meters from north to south. * * * 13 chariots and 64 war horses were cleared out, and the arrow shafts were arranged in an orderly way towards the north.

2. The burial pit of Prince Guo's tomb is 2 1 m long from north to south. At present, only some wheels have been cleaned. According to the etiquette of the Zhou Dynasty, there should be ten chariots and twenty war horses in this pit. The exact number needs to be confirmed by later excavation.

3. The burial chariot pit in the tomb of Liang Ji, the wife of the monarch, is north-south long10.3m, with * * * cleaning chariots 19 vehicles. In order to protect the car, archaeologists did not continue to dig the chariot pit. According to the calculation of burying two horses in one car, there should be 19 chariots and 38 war horses in this pit.

These three chariots and horses pits are like the formation of the army when it goes out. It is a rare spectacle that so many chariots and horses are buried in such a narrow area. It constitutes the largest underground army array in China at present.

A large number of chariots and war horses were found in the chariots and horses pit of Guo, which fully reflected the military strength of Guo, which was stronger than Mazhuang at that time, and the magnificent momentum of competing for the Central Plains.
