First, research first, scientific positioning, and strengthening community rights protection from hot issues

With the deepening and expansion of China's reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place in the political, economic and social aspects of the city, and the government and various functional departments have shifted their focus to the community. Street Women's Federation's mission is "to meet the needs of residents' lives, to carry out cell engineering for families, to resolve family conflicts, and to carry out warm engineering for broken families with second time around as its content". In accordance with the instructions of the higher authorities and the implementation of the street Party Working Committee, we will intensify research around the central work and actively explore how to participate in community work at the intersection where the party and government are urgent, women's federations can do and women need, and strengthen community rights protection. On the basis of investigation, we have established the working idea of community rights protection: keeping pace with the times, providing quality services and starting from hot issues.

First of all, establish a contact system, strengthen contact with the grassroots, and listen to the voices of women. With the support of the Street Party Working Committee, the role of street backbone women has been brought into play, and contact systems have been established in 1 communities, all of which have their own community contact points and research tasks. The female members of the office team, together with the chairman of the Women's Federation, took the lead in going deep into the community to talk with women of different ages, levels and categories, make friends and understand their sufferings and needs.

Secondly, conduct special research on rights protection issues closely related to community residents. We found that marriage and love, domestic violence, poverty relief, employment, reproductive physical health and other issues are the key and difficult issues in community rights protection. We have successively carried out special surveys such as "Investigation on Domestic Violence in Dayou Area", "Investigation on Living Conditions of Unemployed and Laid-off Women Workers", "Investigation on Marriage and Family Conditions", "Investigation on Living Conditions of Poor Women in Dayou Area" and "Investigation on Reproductive Health of Migrant Women Workers". Through investigation, we carefully analyzed the causes of the problems, found out the fundamental ways to solve the problems, and actively put forward opinions and suggestions to the working committees, offices and higher-level women's federations. Since 24, through the unremitting efforts of the Street Women's Federation, the rights and interests of women in the region, such as employment, participation in politics, poverty relief and domestic violence, have been effectively safeguarded.

This year, we conducted a survey on the reproductive health of migrant female workers, and found that reproductive health has become an important issue affecting the physical and mental health of female workers. If women suffer from reproductive tract infection, if they are not treated in time, it will not only affect their own health, but also affect the next generation, which is directly related to the stability of family and society and the prosperity of a nation. To this end, on the one hand, we joined the Municipal Women's Federation to hire professional doctors from the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the District Health Office, and held a special lecture on "Women's Physical Health and Protection" and a publicity and consultation activity on "Women Laborers Walk with the Law" in Songshan Community where women laborers are concentrated.

Starting from optimizing the community rights protection environment, we have carefully planned a series of activities that are both targeted and welcomed by community sisters. With "Virtue in My Home" as the carrier, we launched the activity of "caring for thousands of people and sincerely contributing to the community". The community generally established "two rooms and three meetings", carried out five aspects of knowledge about environmental protection and law into family activities, set up community rights protection service points and rights protection mailboxes, and added domestic violence rights protection stations in community police offices. According to their actual situation and the needs of women, each community actively explores ways to serve the community and the women. Honghe community starts with projects such as picking up and dropping off children and introducing hourly workers to rent houses, and organizes backbones to help women help the poor;

Years of work practice have also made us realize that the improvement of women's quality and the popularization of the four-self spirit are of great significance to rights protection work. We advocate education to strengthen the body and build a healthy body, and through various forms of legal publicity, strengthen women's "four selves" spirit, cultivate their ability to use modern social information and resources, and actively help women improve their quality, thus improving the benefit rate of women and the social influence of women's federations in safeguarding rights.

Establish women's schools to provide quality education for women. 1. Regard women's trust as the highest honor-win women's trust with the feelings of "family"

Some people say that it is difficult for women's federations to carry out substantive rights protection work, but we believe that as a bridge and link between the party and the government and women, women's federations are one of the important social pillars of state power on the one hand. On the one hand, it is inextricably linked with the vast number of women. As long as we take the feelings of "family", give full play to women's sensitive, enthusiastic and careful advantages, observe public opinion, warm people's hearts, solve people's worries and handle civil affairs, send the warmth of the party and government to the masses in time, and feedback women's voices and needs in time, we will win the recognition of society and women.

During the community visit, Jie Women's Federation found that there were a certain number of poor women who were disabled, divorced, widowed and laid off. As we all know, women's rights protection is a very complicated social system project, and it is far from enough to rely solely on women's organizations themselves. When most people see the busy figures of community volunteers, they will ask why these people are so enthusiastic about working for the Women's Federation. This is because over the years, we have established the concept that "whoever serves women is a woman's federation", mobilized the strength of society to the maximum extent, and at the same time paid attention to improving our self-cultivation, injected emotional strength and personality charm into our work to coordinate and unite all aspects, and implemented individual rights protection cases.

At present, in addition to the cadres of the Women's Federation, there are mainly three backbone teams in community rights protection. One is a team of "volunteers for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of women and children" formed in August 24 by female legal workers from public security departments, procuratorates, law departments and other departments. They provide legal assistance to women by means of "Volunteer Dedication Day for Rights Protection" and "Volunteers for Rights Protection Visit Japan" every Tuesday.

The other team is a "family volunteer" team composed of enthusiastic people in the community who care about the cause of women and children and have certain legal knowledge, psychological counseling and mediation skills. They carry out various legal publicity and consultation activities in the jurisdiction. Hou Dongmei of Songshan Community, Wang Wenxue of Hongping Community, Xiao Tienan of Hongnan Community, Li Li of Honghe Community, Du Yufen of Tiesi Community, … are all the backbone members, and most of them are employed as "ambassadors of love".

There is also a team of "volunteers serving women and children" composed of key women representatives, women representatives of the Party Congress, women representatives of the National People's Congress and women members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Through the "Three Ones" activities (that is, holding a meeting once a year, providing a message once a quarter, and telephoning the Women's Federation once a month), they give timely feedback on hot issues among women and put forward some reasonable suggestions. The total number of the three teams has reached about 3 at present.
