Classification of construction lifts GB/T 10052 Technical requirements for construction lifts.

GB 10053 Inspection Rules for Construction Lifts 3. 1 The design and calculation of metal structures shall comply with the provisions on strength, stiffness and stability in GB 38 1 1.

3.2 Overall stability

For elevators without fixed foundation, the stability moment at the maximum independent height without accessories should not be less than 1.5 times of the maximum overturning moment. 4. 1 foundation treatment

4. 1. 1 The elevator foundation should be able to bear all loads under the most unfavorable working conditions.

4. 1.2 There should be drainage facilities around the foundation.

4.2 fence

4.2. 1 A protective fence should be set around the foundation hanging cage and counterweight lifting channel. Portable mobile elevator can adopt other measures for enclosure.

4.2.2 The fence can be made of solid steel plate, perforated steel plate, welded or woven net, etc.

4.2.3 The protective fence shall be able to withstand the 350N force exerted by the horizontal and vertical fence without permanent deformation. The object is a flat equilateral cube with a side length of 50 mm and a fillet radius of 3 mm. ..

4.2.4 The height of the ground fence shall not be less than1.5m.

4.2.5 The fence door shall be provided with electromechanical interlocking device, so that the fence door can be opened only when the hanging cage is located at the specified position at the bottom, and the hanging cage cannot be started after the door is opened.

4.2.6 When accessories or operation boxes are located in the elevator fence, special areas shall be set up for isolation and locking doors shall be installed. Each stop floor should be equipped with a landing door or railing.

Landing doors or landing railings should not protrude to the lifting channel of the cage.

5. 1.3 The clear height of landing door should not be less than1.80m, and the difference between the clear width of landing door and the width of car entrance and exit should not be greater than120mm.

5. 1.4 The horizontal sliding landing door and the vertical sliding landing door shall be equipped with guide devices at the corresponding upper part, lower part or both sides.

5. 1.5 The vertical sliding landing door shall have at least two independent suspension support systems.

5. 1.6 The opening and closing process of the mechanical transmission floor door should be operated by the driver and not directly controlled by the movement of the car.

5. 1.7 landing doors should be electrically or mechanically interlocked with the hanging cage.

5. 1.8 For vertical sliding doors with mechanical transmission, the doors are manually opened. When the required force is greater than 500N, no mechanical locking device is needed.

5. 1.9 The floor door lock device and its accessories should be installed in a place where people can't reach it easily.

5. 1. 10 floor door locking device should be firm and reliable.

5. 1. 1 1 The floor door locking device shall be equipped with a protective cover and easy to maintain.
