Goal: In accordance with the national ISO900 standard, strive to improve management level, improve work efficiency, and streamline management and business links. To this end, we are preparing to prepare a "management flow chart" and "organizational structure chart" based on the characteristics and nature of business delivery, to straighten out business relationships from dynamic and static aspects, and truly ensure that each company has its own value. Because electric energy measurement and management is a closed-loop system, it requires the cooperation of various departments and timely feedback information for correction for more precise control. It is reflected in the work that precise and efficient electric energy management can ensure the revenue and net profit of Yichang Electric Power Company; otherwise If the detection link fails, the system will be unstable, which will be reflected in the lack of communication between different departments at work, inefficiency, and failure to correct mistakes. The consequences will be a loss of power and a decrease in net profits of the enterprise.

2. Continuously strengthen the study of professional and technical theories. This work is very necessary and is an important guarantee for correction and fine management at work. Therefore, we must strive to improve our professional and technical level and tap our potential in electric energy measurement work.
