What is the contraband in the parcel?

According to Article 33 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Postal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC):

It is forbidden to mail or carry the following items in the mail:

(1) Articles whose circulation or transportation is prohibited by law; ?

(2) reactionary newspapers, periodicals, books, propaganda materials or obscene articles; ?

(three) explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, toxic and other dangerous goods; ?

(4) Articles harmful to public health; ?

(5) Perishable articles; ?

(6) all kinds of live animals; ?

(7) various currencies; ?

(8) Articles that do not meet the mailing conditions; ?

(nine) improper packaging may endanger personal safety, pollution or damage to other mail and equipment. ?

Articles specified in the preceding paragraph may be accepted and posted if they meet the requirements of special permission of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and ensure safety.

The Postal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that:

Twenty-fourth postal enterprises and users shall abide by laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the relevant departments of the State Council on prohibiting or restricting the delivery of articles.

Twenty-fifth postal enterprises shall establish and implement the inspection system of mail receipt and delivery according to law.

When necessary, postal enterprises may require users to open and check the letters delivered by users, but shall not check the contents of the letters. If the user refuses to open it, the postal enterprise will not accept it.

For mail other than letters, postal enterprises should inspect the contents on the spot when receiving and posting. If the user refuses the inspection, the postal enterprise will not accept it.

Twenty-sixth postal enterprises found that the mail contains prohibited or restricted articles, it should be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.

Inbound and outbound mail containing articles prohibited or restricted by the state shall be handled by the customs according to law.

Twenty-seventh postal enterprises to provide universal postal services, railways, highways, waterways, aviation and other transport enterprises should give priority to transportation, stations, ports and airports should arrange loading and unloading places and access channels.
