The former site of the Pingjiang Uprising retains the houses and conference rooms of Peng Dehuai, Teng Daiyuan, and Huang Gonglue, the main leaders of the Pingjiang Uprising, which have been restored to their original appearance. The barracks of the Pingjiang Uprising soldiers display the beds, clothes and shoes worn by the uprising officers and soldiers, and the weapons used. There are four thematic exhibition rooms at the former site of the Pingjiang Uprising, namely "Exhibition of Comrade Peng Dehuai's Glorious Achievements", "Exhibition of the Lives of Teng Daiyuan and Huang Gonglue", "Introduction to the Glorious Pingjiang Uprising" and "Historical Materials of the Pingjiang Uprising" display". The exhibits include 106 precious cultural relics and 126 pictures, supplemented by texts, charts and models. Slogans from the Anti-Japanese War

When the staff of the Pingjiang Uprising Memorial Hall conducted a safety inspection of the cultural relics in the museum, they found 11 slogans from the Anti-Japanese War on the back wall of the Dongzhai front building that was under repair. There are 11 slogans. There was a layer of plaster on the wall before, but the slogans were never discovered. As time went by, the plaster gradually fell off, and the slogans were revealed. The contents of these 11 slogans are "Raise the spirit of attack and divert the mentality of fighting", "Staying still is a dead end, retreating when you see the enemy is a dead end", etc. The museum has carried out preliminary protection for these 11 slogans.
