(2) Advanced Youth League Organizations

(3) Youth work activists

2. (4) Recommendation and Selection

2. The Youth League Committee of the college and the Youth Federation of the college will hold a joint meeting to make selections and recommendations by secret ballot. The approval votes of the recipients of commendations shall not be less than half of the number of people who should be present.

3. After the list of proposed commendations is approved by the party committee of the institution directly under the institute, it will be publicized throughout the institute, and the publicity period will be no less than 5 working days.

4. The Youth League Committee and the Youth Federation of the college commended the youth models, advanced youth groups and youth work activists who were rated.

2. Holding a singing competition

(1) Theme: "Welcoming the 19th National Congress and promoting positive energy".

(2) Form: Solo.

(3) Registration: Contestants are generally no more than 40 years old. Each unit and agency affiliated to the hospital recommends one contestant to participate. Please submit the registration form and electronic version of the song to the Youth League Committee of the hospital before April 25.

(4) Award quota: 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes will be awarded in the finals, and the rest will be excellence awards.

3. Hold the May 4th Youth Day celebration meeting of the hospital
