Shortly after the establishment of DDI, I provided ordinary employees with the opportunity to subscribe for shares at face value. Because I see that with the continuous growth and development of Didi Ai, the stock will eventually go public, and then I can repay the employees' efforts in the form of capital gains and express my gratitude to them.

At the same time, as an entrepreneur, I could have got the biggest share, but in fact, I don't even have one. Because at the beginning of DDI's business, I made up my mind not to be selfish.

If I had held even one share at that time, it would be hard for me to refute when someone questioned that I was trying to make money for myself after all, so the development track of DDI would be different.

I had a similar experience when I started to do mobile communication business. Since the opening of DDI, I am convinced that the mobile phone market has a bright future, and the popularity of mobile phones will bring great convenience to national life, so I decided to participate in this cause, but I met a big problem.

After DDI, another company signed up. However, due to the frequency, only one company except NTT is allowed to operate in the same area. In this way, the two new companies will split the service area in two.

From the point of view of efficiency, everyone wants to win the densely populated metropolitan area, so it is difficult for both sides to reach an agreement. To be fair, I propose a lottery plan. However, it was criticized by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications at that time. They think it unwise to draw lots to solve such an important problem.

But the endless stalemate will not have any results. If both sides refuse to make concessions, the mobile communication industry will not develop smoothly in Japan. With this in mind, I will give the two biggest markets, the Capital Circle and the Center Circle, to my opponent, and keep the rest for myself.
