1. Factory education
1.1 Visit the Dongfanghong Farming Museum
China YTO Exhibition The museum mainly displays some products of Yituo and relief sculptures related to farming. In the YTO exhibition hall, we can see: history and cultural relics related to farming; steam tractors; agricultural machinery and related objects in the early days of New China; some new and old products of China YTO and various related materials of China YTO. Through the lecturer's introduction, I had a greater understanding of my country's farming history and the development history of tractors. At the same time, I also had an in-depth understanding of the history, development, current situation and products of YTO.
1.2 Safety Education

2.1 Introduction
Specializing in the production of various types of forgings parts, crankshaft parts rely on one of its forging companies, which has a lot of large-scale forging equipment. After entering the factory, we first listened to some general introductions and understanding of the factory from the staff
The basic process of forging production was introduced, and some safety common sense and requirements for entering the forging plant were emphasized again, and then a safety helmet was worn to enter the production workshop for a visit.
Most of the bars in the forging plant are 45 steel, with diameters ranging from 20mm to 3000mm and lengths of 6m. Equipment includes: shears, saws, steam hammers, presses, flat forging machines, hot die presses, roll forging machines, air hammers, electric furnaces, gas furnaces, etc. Hardness testing needs to be performed before and after heat treatment. The main equipment for hardness testing is the Brinell hardness tester. After heat treatment, there will be black oxide scale, which needs to be cleaned by shot blasting machine. After removing the oxide scale, inspection and deburring can be done. Magnetic particle inspection is used to check whether there are cracks on the surface of parts. The method is to pour the magnetic suspension into the magnet for magnetization, check whether there are cracks under fluorescence, and finally demagnetize.
2.2 Production process
The process flow chart is as follows:

2.3 Main products
p>One of the main products of the forging plant is the crankshaft. The crankshaft is one of the three major parts of the engine. Due to the working nature of the crankshaft, its working condition is to withstand periodic alternating stress, so the crankshaft was selected When choosing materials, the requirements for strength, stiffness, and wear resistance are very high. Considering economy, we choose selected No. 45 steel, whose carbon content is 0.42%-0.47%. For high-power engines such as supercharged diesel engines with large compression ratios and strong output power, the crankshaft force will play a greater role, so the material is 42CrM.A.
