Notice on further standardizing the epidemic prevention and control of cruise taxis

Recently, there have been local confirmed cases of COVID-19 and COVID-19 cases in many places in the province. For asymptomatic infections, the prevention and control situation is very serious and complex. In order to effectively control and reduce the risk of the COVID-19 epidemic, in accordance with the needs of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work in Ju County, we are hereby notified of further standardizing the epidemic prevention and control work in the cruise taxi industry as follows:

1. Strict vehicle operation control. According to the needs of the epidemic work, from now on, Juxian cruise taxis operating across counties to pick up and drop off passengers must report to the company to which the vehicle belongs in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and can operate services only after approval. Each taxi company must establish a reporting ledger and assign dedicated personnel to manage it.

2. Strengthen vehicle operation regulations. Touring taxi drivers must strictly follow the regulatory requirements and take preventive and control measures such as temperature checks and vehicle disinfection. They must wear masks throughout the process. Strictly implement the system for passengers to wear masks and check health codes. For passengers who still refuse to wear masks or refuse to show their health codes after being persuaded by the driver, the driver should explain and communicate well and refuse to provide services.

3. Strictly investigate illegal operation of vehicles. Any taxi that is reported by passengers or found to be operating without strictly implementing prevention and control measures will be severely dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control.
