Safety production is the management focus of an enterprise and the fundamental guarantee for its development. Safety is benefit. We are responsible for the country's property and the safety of our employees. The bloody lessons are always imprinted in my heart. To do a good job in production safety, an enterprise must always keep the safety of its employees in mind.

I am Guo Yongshun from the fourth film workshop. As an ordinary employee, I would also like to talk about my understanding and understanding of safety. Today, the topic I bring to you is safety - in my heart. I think everyone here today has different perceptions of the word "safety". As a party member and a front-line employee, I hear safety accidents reoccurring almost every day. Seeing those tragic scenes and hearing those heart-rending cries, in addition to expressing our deep sympathy and regret, I think we should also realize from those tragic cries that the responsibility we shoulder responsibility. Behind every accident there is a tragic lesson. A moment of negligence or a small operating error may lead to an accident. After the incident, we will all make different assumptions. Assuming that it can obey commands, comply with rules and regulations, and operate correctly, there will not be so many safety accidents.

In production, problems of this kind will inevitably arise. We should always be vigilant and be responsible for our own lives and safety. However, safety has become an indispensable topic in today's society. How to keep safety in mind, how to avoid accidents, etc. are all mentioned in classroom meetings all the time. It can be seen that safety is so important to us. important.

In schools, talking about safety is nothing more than not doing things that are not good for you or endangering yourself; but it is different in enterprises. You can see everywhere that "safety is more important than Mount Taishan" and "safety responsibility is as great as "Sky" and other slogans, knowing that the machine will harm you, but we still have to do it, which requires us to follow the command in all "operations". The leader repeatedly emphasized not to do it, and don't have any luck. Mentally try and do things you don’t know how to do. Maybe you are lucky and nothing happens once, twice, even ten or a hundred times. In the process, you will relax your vigilance and eventually hurt yourself. It will also cause great psychological trauma.

But in our daily work. Safety is benefit, safety is life, these familiar warning slogans can be heard all the time; safety responsibilities are more important than Mount Tai, which is also a hard truth that employees know; illegal operations are suicide, and illegal command is murder, which is also known by management workers reason. However, in the same safety report, how many people ignored the warnings and hard truths and risked their lives to touch safety; and how many safety production management workers knew that "working in violation of regulations is suicide, and commanding in violation of regulations is murder". Regardless of safety, the lives of employees and the property of the country are compromised. I believe that allowing employees to fully understand the true meaning and importance of "safety" and correcting irregularities is the focus of safety management.

Life is precious and safety responsibility is great. Both leading cadres and employees should have the same responsibility for safety issues. We all assume our due obligations, let us play our different roles in our different positions, strive to practice the scientific road to safety, reduce the harm of accidents, and tightly grasp the pulse of life. We always keep safety in our hearts.

Safety means the normal operation of machinery and equipment for employees, and it also means the happiness and well-being of thousands of households. Safety work has no end, only a starting point.
