Notice on Carrying out Preventive Full-scale Nucleic Acid Testing for Urban and Rural Residents

During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, the risk of epidemic spread increased due to frequent personnel turnover. In order to further consolidate the hard-won achievements of epidemic prevention and control in the city and find out the potential risks of the epidemic in time, it is decided to carry out a preventive full-time nucleic acid test on June 6, and the time for normalized full-time nucleic acid test will be adjusted to June 1 next week. This time adjustment is limited to next week, and then the normalized nucleic acid detection time for all staff will still be every Wednesday. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Scope of personnel

All residents in Dingzhou city.

II. Time and place

The specific sampling time and place shall be subject to the territorial notice. After receiving the specific notice from the territory, the residents are requested to remain relatively still in their places of residence or residence, reduce the flow and the gathering of people, and gather at the time and place designated by their towns, villages and communities to ensure that "every household should be inspected, and no one should be left behind".

3. Precautions

1. Residents participating in nucleic acid testing are requested to prepare their ID cards and nucleic acid codes in advance, or take screenshots to save pictures and take the initiative to show their health codes. People suffering from serious illness and other mobility difficulties should report to their communities in a timely manner, and the staff will take samples at home.

2. Do not smoke, drink or chew gum for 3 minutes before sampling, and try to avoid eating for 2 hours before sampling.

3. Residents participating in nucleic acid testing are requested to follow the instructions of the staff at the sampling site, queue up in an orderly manner, keep a safe distance of two meters, and do not gather or get together. Smoking and spitting are strictly prohibited, and wear masks all the time. Only when the staff is ready can they take off their masks. After sampling, please wear a mask in time and leave immediately. Don't stay at the sampling site.

4. Quarantine points, home quarantine personnel, home health monitoring personnel, yellow code and red code personnel and key groups managed according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control shall be tested in strict accordance with the requirements of current prevention and control policies.

5. Those who have been vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine within 48 hours will not collect nucleic acid temporarily.

6. People with COVID-19 suspicious symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc. should not be sampled at social sampling points, but should be screened at fever clinic according to regulations.

7. If you fail to participate in the unified arrangement of centralized nucleic acid sampling, go to the nearest sampling point for nucleic acid sampling.

8. No written report is issued for the preventive and normalized total nucleic acid testing of urban and rural residents, and the test results can be inquired by "Hebei Health Code".

4. Friendly reminder

1. Anyone who enters the party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, shopping malls, supermarkets, medical institutions, hotels, commercial buildings, scenic spots, farmers' markets, parks, gardens, libraries, museums, exhibition halls, cinemas, chess rooms, internet cafes, karaoke bars, stadiums, public bathrooms and barbershops in our city.

2. Those who can't provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 7 days are not allowed to enter the above places and take public transportation.
