Xu Peng graduated from English as an undergraduate, and worked part-time in a university club during her school days, and held the activity of "Eliminating Dance Blindness for College Students". After graduation, I went to a local foreign company from the grass-roots level to engage in business management-related work, during which I studied for a master's degree in management from Shandong University. Later, Xu Peng contacted this foreign company to take charge of the decoration company's business. He resigned on 18 and started his own decoration company. In this regard, Xu Peng said that he founded his own business in the hope of better realizing his life value.

Xu Peng shared relevant experiences with his classmates at school. Q 1: You said you were an English major of Grade 99 at Shanda University. I wonder what kind of impression you had on Shanda when you first came to it? Did you have any teachers or classmates who had a great influence or left a deep impression on you during your study?

X: I just entered school at that time. As soon as I entered the school gate, I saw many towering trees, which was quite chronological. After entering the campus, I felt that the learning atmosphere of the school was very strong as soon as I entered the classroom. There are also many students studying in the Woods. There are quite a few impressive teachers. The teacher who taught us English at the undergraduate stage is Wang Yong. At that time, he was in our Shandong province, and he had more opportunities to be a topic teacher of English and oral English. There is also a teacher, Wen Hong Run Wen, who teaches us English-Chinese translation. She is also a native of Jiaodong, with a particularly strong accent, and is also a very knowledgeable teacher. There is also a teacher who teaches us philosophy. He is particularly gentle, talkative and has a great personality in class. We all like him very much. The teacher gives us the feeling that ... just like friends, it is the feeling of being a teacher and a friend. What kind of opportunity made you choose to return to Shanda and come to our school of management to study MPA?

X: Yes, my MPA study is actually an on-the-job graduate student. I will study after I work. I must still be thinking about further study. After work, I found that I had done something quite close to public management, so I chose such a major.

X: My favorite class ... actually has something to do with my future work, especially some specialized courses in public administration, such as international relations. This will be of great benefit to communicate with some customers, including leaders, employees and subordinates in the unit in the future.
