With the consent of the municipal government, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1. Supporting groups

(1) Farmers moving to cities.

2. Support policies

A housing purchase subsidy of 200 yuan/square meter will be provided for the purchase of qualified new commercial housing.

3. House purchase requirements

(1) House purchase time. The online signing and filing time for the formal commercial housing sales contract signed by the applicant and the real estate development company is between August 1 and October 8, 2022.

(2) House purchase area. The house purchased must be located on state-owned land in the main urban area and development zone of Changchun City, excluding Shuangyang District, Jiutai District and counties (cities).

(3) Purchase area. The building area of ??the house is less than 90 square meters.

(4) Nature of the house. Only newly built commercial housing, excluding commercial, office and other non-residential housing, villas, affordable housing and second-hand housing.
