In order to win the blue sky defense war, Zhengzhou regards information construction as an important means of scientific and effective environmental supervision. On the basis of completing the source analysis of PM2.5 and finding out the causes of its pollution, Zhengzhou invested in the construction of an atmospheric grid supervision platform. The platform integrates the online monitoring data of air pollution sources from 3 national control stations, 5 provincial control stations and 27 enterprises, as well as the online monitoring data of key chemical enterprises. In addition, 109 micro-air monitoring points have been built, including road monitoring points, volatile organic compounds monitoring points in industrial parks, chemical monitoring points in industrial parks and encrypted monitoring points in urban areas.

On such a large-scale and high-density monitoring grid, we can not only accurately lock the pollution source, find the diffusion trend and accurately analyze the migration process of pollutants through real-time monitoring data, but also review and statistically analyze the data to form the analysis results of the temporal and spatial change process of pollution, give relevant application conclusions and suggestions, and make quick decisions.

The atmospheric grid supervision platform has achieved remarkable results since its trial operation for five months. At present, Zhengzhou is training grid workers in the whole city. It is expected that after the platform is officially put into use in the second half of the year, it will promote government departments at all levels to further implement environmental protection responsibilities and form an environmental protection pattern of "territorial management, graded responsibility, comprehensive coverage and participation of the whole society".

Further improve the meteorological public service system covering urban and rural areas, so that meteorological information can be connected to towns, streets and communities in a timely manner. Meteorological-related emergencies such as meteorological equipment failures and meteorological disasters can be immediately fed back to the meteorological department through the 4G network, ensuring that meteorological forecasting and early warning information and disaster prevention and mitigation work are horizontal and vertical, and further intelligentizing meteorological community service platforms, thereby improving meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation and public service capabilities.
