Article 4 The fishery administrative departments of Qingdao and coastal county-level cities (districts) shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of fishery safety production within their respective jurisdictions. Article 6 Vessels engaged in fishery production must obtain corresponding valid certificates and certificates as required, be equipped with fire fighting, lifesaving, navigation aids, signals and other equipment, be equipped with charts and navigation records, and be equipped with qualified crew. Article 7 A fishing vessel under any of the following circumstances shall not engage in fishery production:

Fifteenth fishing vessels with a length of more than 12 meters shall be equipped with walkie-talkies; Fishing vessels with a length of more than 24 meters shall be equipped with intermediate frequency radios and satellite navigation equipment; Reentry fishing vessels must be equipped with radios and walkie-talkies.
