Article 11 is renumbered as Article 10 and amended as: "When holding meetings, organs, organizations and institutions shall use one or more languages according to the situation of the participants. Article 17 is renumbered as Article 16 and amended as: "Postal and financial departments shall do a good job in receiving, sending, lending and preserving ethnic minority written mails." In violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, the use of written place names, public service advertisements, jiepai, road signs and traffic signs in public places and public facilities, without using standardized minority languages at the same time, shall be given a warning by the language management agency and ordered to make corrections within a time limit; If it fails to do so within the time limit, it shall be informed criticism and may be fined not more than 500 yuan. "

Article 32 If a party refuses to accept the decision on administrative punishment, it may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law. Article 30 of the original regulations shall be deleted.

In addition, according to this decision, the text of some articles has been revised accordingly, and the order of articles and chapters has been adjusted accordingly.

This decision shall come into force as of June 6, 2003.

The "Regulations" of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region language work shall be revised according to this decision and re-promulgated.
