This deadly puddle is located in the Qinling River near Bijiawan Village, Jinsixia Town, Shangnan County, Shaanxi Province. According to the parents, the child was playing in the puddle at the time of the incident, but I don't know how deep the puddle was. When he stepped into the bottomless puddle, the tragedy happened. The child began to play in shallow water, but later it turned into a deep puddle like a trap. When the child was found, it was too late, and when it was salvaged, it had no vital signs.

Nanxian Water Conservancy Bureau said that sand mining was prohibited in the incident area, but parents revealed that there were dredging and sand screening equipment around the puddle at the time of the incident, which means that this puddle is probably caused by human factors.
