What if the text message can't be opened?

1. Try viewing other messages. Some text messages may have compatibility problems.

2. If the short message in the mobile phone can't be opened, go to Application, Settings, More, and Application in turn, open the message and click Clear Data;

3. If it is still invalid, back up the data in the mobile phone and restore the mobile phone to the factory settings;

4. Check whether the mobile phone system is the latest version, if not, upgrade the mobile phone to the latest version;

If the problem still exists, you can send the mobile phone to the nearest after-sales service center for inspection and maintenance with the purchase invoice and three-guarantee certificate.
