Winter vacation is approaching, the festival is approaching, and I want to return to my hometown! Whether you are on your way back to Lian or about to return, your relatives in your hometown are always thinking about your physical and mental health, growth and progress, and your hometown will always be your warmest harbor.

The current epidemic situation is still severe and complex. In order to ensure that you return home smoothly, safely and healthily, we would like to remind you as follows:

1. You must report your return home. Please report to your destination town, community, unit or hotel through the "iHuai'an" APP or "Huaishangtong" WeChat applet before returning home. Especially for students studying in high-risk areas or key epidemic-related areas, please be sure to report in detail the location of the school, your mobile phone number, the time of return, the mode of transportation you will take, and your address upon return.

2. Personal protection must be in place. When returning home, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, take safe transportation, strictly protect yourself, wear a mask throughout the process, and minimize interactions with fellow passengers. Change the mask promptly after getting off the car. If symptoms such as fever, fatigue, dry cough, etc. occur during the journey, please report it to the flight attendant in time and go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution immediately.

3. Prevention and control measures must be followed. After returning home, they must strictly abide by the relevant measures for epidemic prevention and control in Huai'an City and Lianshui County, and implement various health monitoring requirements such as "land inspection" and "three inspections in three days." High-risk areas and key transmission areas require closed-loop connections and strict home isolation. Those who do not meet the conditions for home isolation need to be quarantined in a centralized manner. During the health monitoring period, the "four no's" must be strictly followed, that is, no one shall organize or participate in offline meetings, no offline teaching or other group activities, no entry into indoor closed places such as song and dance halls, bathrooms, cinemas, and Internet cafes, and no participation in Dinners, weddings and other gathering events. To further prevent risks, students with a history of living in high-risk areas or key epidemic-related areas are requested to actively cooperate with the requirements of the community and prevention and control departments and implement relevant management measures after arriving in Lianshui.

4. Cooperate with the "one scan and three checks". When entering various public areas, confined spaces, enterprises, units, communities and other places, please cooperate with the "scan and three checks", that is, scan the place code, check the health code, itinerary card and nucleic acid test negative certificate, so as to ensure that "Every advance must be swept away, and every difference must be reported."

5. Pay attention to the epidemic situation. After returning home, please take the initiative to learn about the measures and protection knowledge related to epidemic prevention and control in Huai'an City and Lianshui County, and continue to pay attention to the epidemic prevention and control information released by official media such as "Huai'an Release", "Wireless Huai'an" and "Zuimei Wudao Lake", so as to "Don't believe rumors, don't spread rumors, don't create rumors", and don't publish unverified news at will.
