How to refund Ctrip?

How to refund Ctrip tickets is as follows:

Tools: iPhone 1 1, iOS 14, Ctrip version 2.3.

1. Open Ctrip App with your mobile phone. After entering Ctrip App, click "My", as shown in the figure.

2. Enter my, find the order, and click the order that needs to be returned and changed, as shown in the figure.

3. After entering the order, select "I want to change the ticket/I want to refund the ticket" according to the demand, as shown in the figure.

4. After clicking enter, you will see that according to the ticket price of this order, the refund/change fee will be deducted. Click "I want a refund" after confirmation, as shown in the figure.

5. Confirm the refund fee, select the passenger who needs to refund the ticket, and the system will calculate the remaining amount after deducting the refund fee in the lower right. Click "Submit Application" to refund the ticket, as shown.
