You can't. Receiving a text message with a case number means that a case has been filed. The public security bureau will classify the cases received according to the nature of the cases, register them, and then assign case numbers. Just because the person who receives the text message will ask you to assist in the investigation does not mean that you are a suspect in the case, so there will be no criminal record.
