Why does the legal affairs keep urging me to arbitrate?

My lawyer has been urging me to arbitrate, which means I can settle out of court. Arbitration based on inquiring relevant information is a legal term, which refers to a method of resolving disputes by submitting them to a third party (with recognized status) through mutual agreement, and the third party will judge the merits of the disputes and make a ruling. However, arbitration is different from litigation and trial. Arbitration requires both parties to be voluntary, but it is also different from compulsory mediation and is a special adjustment.
