2.3 Transit logistics mode (hereinafter referred to as transit mode): refers to the logistics track of goods delivered by merchants to transit warehouses, and packages sent to the receiving addresses in remote areas designated by consumers after passing through the transit warehouses. Merchants know and agree to send packages to remote areas through transit warehouses in transit mode.

2.4 Direct delivery logistics mode (hereinafter referred to as direct delivery mode): refers to the logistics mode that the parcel logistics trajectory does not pass through the transit warehouse, and the merchants directly deliver the goods to the receiving address in remote areas designated by consumers.

2.5 Logistics services in remote areas: refers to the comprehensive logistics services provided by logistics service providers for packages supporting transit or direct delivery mode, such as collection, sorting, transit warehouse operation (in-transit mode), trunk transportation, delivery to recipients, etc. , referred to as this service.

Three. Service model and cost

3. 1 The distribution of merchants to remote areas includes transit mode, direct delivery mode and ordinary mode. Under normal mode, the merchant will contact the courier company to deliver the goods, and bear all the courier fees sent to remote areas, which are not bound by this agreement. The service mode under this agreement only refers to the transportation and direct delivery mode.

3.2 After the consumer places an order according to the prompt on the order page and pays the delivery fee (if any), the system will distribute the parcel delivery information to the merchants and logistics service providers, and the merchants will print the express bill and deliver the goods according to the prompt on the system. The specific delivery method is subject to system support.

3.3 The logistics service provider starts to provide this service after receiving the parcel and there is no abnormality in acceptance, and synchronizes the logistics information with the merchants.

3.4 If the merchant accepts the service, the order page will automatically adjust the delivery fee amount (the specific name and amount shall be subject to the prompt on the order page).

If the order page shows the delivery fee, then after the order is completed, the merchant will allocate it to the logistics service provider according to the delivery fee charged to the consumer. Logistics service providers can withdraw cash according to the rules of the platform after the fees are settled in the stores opened on the platform.

3.5 In addition to the delivery fee paid by consumers, the express delivery fee borne by merchants is as follows:

(1) In the transit mode, the merchant only needs to bear the express delivery fee sent to the transit warehouse;

(2) Under the direct delivery mode, merchants only need to settle the courier fee with the logistics service provider according to the following charging standards: the parcel sent to Xinjiang is settled according to Xi 'an; All parcels sent to Tibet will be settled in Chengdu; Other newly added remote areas shall be subject to the system prompt.

Four. Rights and obligations of businessmen

4. 1 After the logistics service provider receives the parcel, the merchant can inquire about the relevant logistics information on the "Delivery Management-Order Inquiry" page in the background of the merchants on the Pinduoduo platform.

4.2 The merchant understands and agrees that the logistics service provider finds that the package is abnormal when receiving the goods (including but not limited to damaged, deformed or unpacked/leaked package, oversized and overweight package, missing face sheet information, inconsistent face sheet information, no identification code or abnormal identification code, the package is shipped, the transaction order package is not on the Pinduoduo platform, the order has been cancelled, and a single receiving address is not in the mode of transit;

4.3 The merchant understands and agrees that if the package is a prohibited item, the logistics service provider has the right to refuse to provide this service, and the logistics service provider has the right to directly take compulsory destruction measures for the package without the prior consent of the merchant, but should inform the merchant of the rejection/destruction information of the package through the logistics customer service and/or the logistics status of the order.

4.4 If a merchant delivers prohibited articles in violation of regulations, the merchant shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities, and if damage is caused to the logistics service provider or citizens, legal persons and other organizations, the merchant shall be liable for compensation according to law.

4.5 For packages in transit, merchants can contact logistics service providers to intercept them. If the system supports online interception, the merchant can also initiate an interception application online, but the final interception result is subject to the confirmation of the logistics service provider.

Moreover, the merchant understands and agrees that this service does not include the return or forwarding service caused by the rejection of the recipient, unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient, interception and other reasons. If there are related express delivery fees, the merchants and logistics service providers will negotiate to solve them.
