Second, the principle of enrollment

Take the method of "combining indicators to the nearest school", and distribute the enrollment indicators of Guancheng No.1 Middle School and Experimental Middle School to all primary schools equally according to the proportion of Guancheng primary school graduates. Primary schools recommend admission according to the comprehensive performance of graduates, and the remaining graduates are enrolled in Guancheng No.2 Middle School and Guancheng No.3 Middle School according to the principle of nearest admission and the enrollment plan.

Third, enrollment methods

1, degree allocation method.

(1) indicators arrive at school. The enrollment indicators of Grade One in Guancheng No.1 Middle School and Experimental Middle School are allocated to primary schools according to the proportion of primary school graduates, and then each primary school evaluates the recommended students according to the comprehensive performance of graduates and the number of indicators, and recommends them to Guancheng No.1 Middle School and Experimental Middle School respectively.

(2) Admission to the nearest school. Students who have not been admitted to Guancheng No.1 Middle School and Experimental Middle School shall, in principle, be admitted to the nearest school according to their registered residence. The specific division method is: students with local hukou are assigned to Guancheng No.2 Middle School; Students with registered permanent residence outside the city, students with registered permanent residence within Jiefang Road, Guantai Avenue, Keyuan South Road, Chuangye Road and Jianshe Road, are assigned to study in Guancheng No.3 Middle School. If the number of students divided by the above batches does not match the planned enrollment of the two schools, some students will be transferred from schools with too many students to schools with insufficient students by computer random lottery.

2. Recommend assessment methods for students. Students recommended to enter Guancheng No.1 Middle School and Experimental Middle School must be excellent students with excellent performance in moral, intellectual and physical aspects in primary school, and the evaluation method is measured by comprehensive scores. The comprehensive score consists of three parts: the usual score of the fifth and sixth grade of primary school, the score of the primary school graduation examination and the extra points.

3. Recommended admission method. After the enrollment indicators of Guancheng No.1 Middle School and Experimental Middle School are allocated to primary schools, the recommended students are determined according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, and then they voluntarily enroll in these two middle schools. Each student can only fill in 1 school volunteer, and be admitted as a volunteer.

4. Graduates of Guancheng Hukou Primary School studying in John Wan, Dongcheng and Chengnan Districts who want to go back to Guancheng to be promoted to junior high school, like Guancheng Primary School graduates, are arranged to study in all secondary schools in Guancheng according to the principle of "combining indicators with enrollment nearby".

5. According to the spirit of the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education, municipal middle schools (except private schools) and junior high schools do not recruit primary school graduates who are not registered in Guancheng (the statistics of primary school graduates registered in Guancheng are as of May 3 1). Primary school graduates who are not registered in Guancheng can take the primary school graduation examination in the original primary school, fill in the registration form from primary school to junior high school, and the Municipal Education Bureau will issue a letter of introduction to go through the registration formalities at the junior high school where the household registration is located within the specified time.

6. Strictly implement the enrollment plan and strictly control the enrollment scale. For special reasons, if it is really necessary to enroll students with loans, the parents of the students must apply, and they can be enrolled only after discussion and consent by the competent leaders of the enrollment school, the Admissions Office and the Education Bureau. Borrowing students enrolled for special reasons should be fresh primary school graduates with Guancheng hukou.

7. The graduation examination of Guancheng primary school was held on June 28th, and the enrollment of junior high school ended around July 10.
