How to complain about pharmacies?

Legal analysis: Generally speaking, pharmacies can report violations to the Food and Drug Administration, such as no drug business license, no quality management standards for drug business, selling counterfeit drugs, selling inferior drugs, violating drug prices, violating medical insurance cards, etc.

Reporting pharmacies can also report by radio 1233 1, which is the food and drug complaint reporting telephone number required by the US Food and Drug Administration in the Administrative Measures for Reporting Food and Drug Complaints (Trial) issued in February 201.

In addition to telephone, units and individuals can report to the Food and Drug Administration the illegal acts of drugs, medical devices, health foods and cosmetics in the process of development, production, circulation and use, as well as the illegal acts of food safety in catering services by means of letters, networks, faxes, visits and short messages on mobile phones. Disputes over consumers' rights and interests between consumers and business operators can be resolved through the following channels:

(a) negotiated settlement with the operator;

(2) Requesting consumers' associations or other mediation organizations established according to law to mediate;

(three) to complain to the relevant administrative departments;

(four) according to the arbitration agreement reached with the operator, submit it to an arbitration institution for arbitration;

(5) bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
