1. New candidates who register for the first time need to enter the online newspaper system to register their personal accounts, while old candidates do not need to register. Applicants are required to fill in the registration information truthfully. After successful registration, the name, ID number and telephone number cannot be modified.

2. Three days before registration is the peak period for certified public accountants. Candidates are advised to avoid the peak registration period and use IE and Google browser to log in to the online newspaper system for registration.
