I. Time for Qualification Examination

The time for centralized qualification review is from July 27th to July 30th, 2022 (8: 30am-12: 00pm14: 30pm-18: 00pm). Applicants who enter the qualification review (see annex) must attend the review as scheduled.

The deadline for the review of supplementary qualifications is August, 2022 1 day 18: 00, and the applicants for the review will attend the review according to the time notified by telephone.

Second, the way of qualification examination and related requirements

Review method

Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, the civil servant qualification review in Linxia Prefecture of Gansu Province in 2022 was conducted by combining online review with video link confirmation.

(2) Relevant requirements

1. During the qualification review, please ensure that the contact number provided at the time of registration is unblocked. If there is any change, please contact Linxia Prefecture Examination Office in time.

2. In addition to electronic photos, materials required for qualification review shall be submitted in the form of color scanned documents (PDF).

3. The scanned documents of qualification examination materials must have clear images. On the basis of carefully and accurately filling in the "Personal Fill-in Contents" of the Examination Form for Civil Servants Employed in Linxia in 2022 and scanning it into a PDF file, they are named in the "List of Submitted Materials" according to the "serial number, name and material name" (e.g. 1. 4. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of examination. Candidates who are found to be unqualified or provide false materials in all aspects of the examination will be disqualified.

Third, the required materials

In accordance with the requirements of the Opinions of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department and the Provincial Civil Service Bureau on Further Standardizing the Examination and Recruitment of Civil Servants in our province, and with reference to the qualification examination of the staff of the civil service law management unit, the applicants shall provide the following relevant information:

(1) Resident ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate and other relevant documents required for applying for positions within the validity period.

(2) Unemployed graduates of ordinary colleges and universities shall provide employment notices or employment registration cards.

(3) Candidates who have been hired must provide the certificate of consent to apply for the exam issued by their own unit, including basic information such as their ID number, the nature of the unit, identity, when and how to enter the unit, and affix their official seals, which will be examined and sealed by the personnel department (institution with personnel management authority or superior competent department). If you leave after employment, you must provide resignation procedures.

(4) Relevant employment (employment) documents and political outlook should be provided for "personnel who have worked in grass-roots projects", "people's livelihood projects", "retired soldiers who have served in the army for five years or more", "Party secretary of the village (community), director of the village committee (who has served for more than three years)," county and township establishment personnel in Linxia Prefecture ","household registration or birthplace in Linxia Prefecture "and" political outlook ".

Fourth, matters needing attention

(1) Applicants who enter the qualification review must send the compressed package of qualification review materials to the designated mailbox within the specified time. (4) If the applicant's major is not in the professional category required by the post, or the professional name is not exactly the same as the professional category required by the post, the graduate school of the applicant will issue a statement that the major he studied belongs to the professional category required by the post, or the name of the major he studied is different from the professional name required by the post, but the courses are basically the same and belong to the same major, and the transcripts of the courses he studied are attached.

(5) Those who pass the qualification review are determined to be interviewers and log in to Gansu Gonggong before the interview. (6) The applicant whose ID card is lost or expired shall go to the public security department to reissue the temporary id card in time. Other documents can't replace ID cards.
