I have long heard that Kantuan Town is known as little shanghai. Today, I am fortunate to be here and naturally have fun. My friend proudly said: Kan (kàn) tuǎn (tuǐ n (tu ǐ n) Town has a long history, more than 2,500 years ago. This ancient town not only has beautiful scenery and simple folk customs, but also has rich and distinctive snacks, which makes people satisfied and memorable.

When it comes, let it go. My friend took us to the famous Xizi Hotel here. Looking at the door of the shop, I was a little disappointed. There are several common words written on the bright red door: Happy Hotel.

Walking into the "hall", my heart thumped, alas, this is too small. Where can it be called the Guild Hall or characteristic hotel? Surprised, I looked up at the introduction on the wall and was surprised: municipal intangible cultural heritage.

There is a small corner door on the left side of the bar, which is relatively narrow, which makes people worry that people who are a little fatter can't squeeze in. There is a cross-stitch plaque above the door: warm harbor? Eternal back home.

We walked a few meters along the narrow aisle, turned left and went straight, just like ordinary, narrow and long. Turn right after a few steps and suddenly enter the hall. This time it's really big. I blurted out at that time: this is really a winding path, suddenly enlightened.

The hall is about ten meters long and seven or eight meters wide, with a transparent ceiling, some green plants hanging in the corner, and a glass passage at the center of the foot, which is covered with glittering and translucent water drops. It looks beautiful.

We turn left and enter the private room, which is spacious, with sofa, coffee table and small card table for guests to chat, drink tea and entertain before eating. A big round table in the middle can accommodate nearly twenty people.

Let me see four walls. There is a portrait of Chairman Mao on the north wall, and there is a famous calligraphy work on the east wall: Heaven rewards diligence.

The brushwork is vigorous and powerful. A Chinese painting on the opposite wall. What attracted me most was a rectangular plaque on the south wall: Kantuan special food: Liang's noodle soup and "Long Hudou". The following fine print is introduced in detail.

After a while, the food was served. The first one: "Roll the steamed stuffed bun. I heard that the steamed buns here are delicious. Eat quickly. Steamed bread skin and meat stuffing are braised pork nails. A bite of minced meat and a little gravy are really satisfying.

Second course: chicken with chicken. It is said that brine chicken, the King of Kantuan, was founded in the Qing Dynasty and has a history of hundreds of years, enjoying a high reputation from generation to generation.

Now, Wang Yi (Wang Laosan), a descendant of Wang brine chicken, and his eldest son have absorbed the skills of their ancestors and the essence of hundreds of chicken-making methods. Salted baked chicken is tender and fragrant. It is made of ancestral secret recipe and more than 20 kinds of precious Chinese herbal medicines and soaked in high-quality Millennium Gu Quan (built in Ming Taizu in 1307). In 2008, it was listed in the provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritage list.

Too late to think, food can't live up to. I quickly took a piece and tasted it. It really lives up to its reputation.

Next is mutton soup and fish soup. Fish soup, in particular, is fresh fish that has just been salvaged. Soup is delicious, and fish is tender and delicious.

What little crispy meat, noodle soup, handmade hard-faced steamed bread, pickles ... every dish is appetizing and stimulates people's taste buds. People even forget that their bulging bellies have protested.
