Isolation and nucleic acid regulations:

2. 3. For those who have returned (arrived) within 7 days, the yellow label of Taiyuan Quarantine Registration Information System, the yellow code of health code and the ground are tested for nucleic acid. The control measure of "7 times of nucleic acid detection in home isolation medical observation" was implemented, and the nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively.

4. For those who have returned (arrived) and have lived in low-risk areas within 7 days, Taiyuan Quarantine Registration Information System will mark them blue, and after returning (arrived) and doing health monitoring, they will be tested twice for nucleic acid, which will be included in community management. The yellow code management of nucleic acid detection was not implemented according to the required time limit and frequency, and the green code was replaced after the completion of nucleic acid detection.

5. No epidemic counties (cities, districts) outside the province returned (arrived) and merged personnel, Taiyuan quarantine registration information system was green label, nucleic acid detection was carried out on the ground, and the nucleic acid detection was completed twice within 3 days under the premise of personal protection.

6. Strictly implement the control measures of "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation and 3 days of home health monitoring" for entry personnel. After the centralized isolation was lifted, point-to-point closed-loop management was implemented to carry out home health monitoring, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on the third day of home health monitoring.

7. Those who have returned (arrived) within 7 days and merged into the counties (cities, districts) where the epidemic occurred, but the risk level has not been adjusted, shall be managed according to the prevention and control measures in low-risk areas.

9. When there is no epidemic in the province, people and vehicles in the province pass in an orderly manner.
