Multimedia message

1. Value-added fee: charged by article, sent MMS to 0.3 yuan/article, received free of charge.

2. Information fee: the fee standard is determined by the information service provider.

Voice message

1. The communication fee is charged according to 0.2 yuan/for sending domestic voice short messages, and 2 yuan is charged for sending short messages outside Chinese mainland.

2. The receiver dials 1 18600 to receive the SMS notification and listen to the message for free.
