Does ABC Jinsui Card charge by SMS?

According to the price standard and relevant regulations of intermediary business products of Hubei Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, our bank will charge personal SMS service fee from April 2009. The charging standard is 2 yuan/month/account. The charging method is as follows: from 15 every month, the service fee of this month will be automatically deducted from the customers who have opened accounts, and the service fee will be charged to the new customers who have opened accounts in this month from next month. For accounts that cannot be deducted in the current month, they will be deducted in the next month according to the standard of two months, and so on. If the deduction is unsuccessful for three consecutive times, the notice transfer will be stopped until the customer pays the bill at the counter.
