International SMS service fee:

(1) Fee for sending short messages in non-international roaming state: China mobile customers send international short messages to customers of operators outside Chinese mainland (referring to the operators that have opened short message interworking services with our company, the same below) in Chinese mainland, each of which is RMB 1.00.

(2) Cost of sending SMS in international roaming: After China mobile customers roam to countries and regions outside Chinese mainland, they send international SMS to operators outside Chinese mainland, and each item is "SMS roaming visit fee standard ×115%+1.00".

SMS international roaming service fee:

(1) Fee for sending SMS in non-international roaming state: After China mobile customers roam to countries and regions outside Chinese mainland (SMS international roaming), they send SMS to China mobile communication customers, and each item is "SMS roaming visit fee standard ×115%+0.10".

(2) Fees for sending SMS in international roaming: China Mobile customers send SMS to China Unicom customers after roaming to countries and regions outside Chinese mainland (SMS international roaming), and each item is "SMS roaming visit fee standard ×115%+0.15".
