Rural credit cards have no SMS service. Can I use my mobile phone?

It can only be opened in two ways:

Bring my ID card, bank card and normal mobile phone number to the bank counter to submit an application for opening ICBC messenger service. You need to provide your ID card, bank card and mobile phone number to receive SMS reminders. You will be prompted after opening through the counter staff.

Log in to ICBC's personal online banking, enter online service-> messenger service agreement-> use agreement-> open service agreement-> enable/modify/cancel-> select Enable to customize messenger service-> confirm the success of opening.
