Apple account has been restored 13 days without receiving email.

May have been sent, not received, and so on.

Inspection method: 1. Search e-mail.

We will send an email from "Apple" so that you can search it quickly. If it is not in your inbox, please check your folder. If a spam filter or email rule moves an email, it may be in the Junk Mail, Recycle Bin, Deleted Items or Archive folder. 2. Make sure you check the correct email account.

If you are looking for a password reset email, please make sure that you are checking the correct email inbox. It may be your primary Apple ID email address, or a separate rescue or notification email address added to your account.

If you are looking for a verification email, you can log on to your Apple ID account page and check all the email addresses you have registered, including the email address you are trying to verify. If the email address is incorrect, you can update it and send another verification email. Re-send e-mail

To resend the reset email, please repeat the steps used to reset the password or ask a security question, and we will send an email to your rescue or primary Apple ID email address.

To resend the verification email, please log in to your Apple ID account page. Click "resend" next to the email address you want to verify, and we will send an email to that address. 4. Make sure that you have received the mail.

If you don't receive any email, you may need to contact your email service provider for help. You can also complete the steps here to get help receiving e-mail through OS X mail or iCloud e-mail address.
