Why does my mother-in-law always call her children directly every time she calls back? She never answers.

Every time I call my mother-in-law, I call my child directly. The reason why she never answers is:

1, my mother-in-law is busy with other things, such as cooking and cleaning. So as not to disturb what she is dealing with.

Mother-in-law thinks that the phone call is for the children, not specially. Let the child answer the phone in order to communicate with the child better.

3. Mother-in-law is not good at using the phone or doesn't like it, or prefers to use other communication methods.
